We install water-leak sensors under sinks, near the water heater, by the washing machine and near the air handler, plus temperature sensors that tell you when the house gets too hot or too cold, which often means the air conditioning has stopped. On a monitored system, these sensors report to our central station, which follows the instructions on your account, and you can get the alerts on your phone too.

Codes for cleaners, home watch and contractors

With smart locks and separate alarm user codes, each cleaner, home-watch service or contractor gets their own code. Codes can be scheduled to work only on certain days or during certain hours, and deleted when the job is done. You can see who came and went without handing out keys or sharing your own code.

Storms can mean long power outages, and an alarm that hasn’t been checked in a while may not get through one. We offer system check-ups before hurricane season and before you leave for the season. A technician checks your backup battery, cellular communicator and sensors, makes sure your emergency contacts are current, and confirms your cameras are recording.

An alarm certificate for your homeowner’s insurance

Many insurance companies give a discount for a monitored alarm. We provide an alarm certificate to each new customer after the system is installed, so you can send it to your insurance company. Ask your insurer what discount applies to your policy.

Already have an alarm system?

Most homes in the community already have an alarm system. If yours still works, you probably don’t need a new one. Whether it was set up by a previous owner or another company, we can usually take over the monitoring of a compatible system after a technician checks it, and we won’t push equipment you don’t need.
