The alarm system manufacturers we work with are 2gig, Honeywell, DSC, and Qolysys. We work with a number of security camera manufacturers including Ring, Dahua, Hikvision, Digital Watchdog.

We also mount tv’s and do a variety of low voltage installations, including speaker and WiFi access points.

Vigilant Security was fantastic! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the final install they were prompt, professional and easy to work with. I had Vigilant Security install an outdoor camera system, automated door & garage locks and thermostat at my vacation home (which I use as a vacation rental). All these features make my life so much easier! My home had plenty of issues with the existing security system (which was not installed by Vigilant) which resulted in a lot of necessary trouble shooting. Brantley the owner and his installer Eduardo were amazing. Eduardo had to make several trips out to the house to deal with the pre-existing issues and went above and beyond what I think an alarm company would do (even co-ordinated a meeting with a Comcast technician to solve a Comcast wiring issue on my behalf)! I love my new security system! We were closing on a house and only going to be in town a couple days for the closing. I called Vigilant Security and explained my time constraints. Brantley, the sales/installation guy, was at the house the day of closing and had the system up and operational within hours. The system is a snowbird’s dream. Remote access to the security system and camera system, central station reporting ($32 mo). We can even give access to service vendors remotely! Bonus, it saves us money on our property insurance too.

Can you monitor an alarm system monitored by another company like ADT, Uxari, etc.?

Yes, as long as you have cancelled your service, we generally can use and monitor existing equipment installed by other companies.

Do you offer free estimates?

Do you service Marco Island?

Yes, we do.

Do the cameras require a monthly fee?

There is no monthly fee for our hard-wired cameras. If you request that we install Ring cameras or some similar wireless camera, you will need to pay the monthly fee of this provider.

Do you provide an insurance certificate for alarm discounts?

Yes, we provide an alarm certificate to each new customer after the alarm system is installed.
